After announcing a fundraising campaign in September 2024 to accelerate its international expansion, My Digital Buildings settles in Barcelona and opens its first subsidiary abroad.
This expansion is part of the desire to provide a global response to organizations engaged in the digitization of international assets.
A strong ambition for internationalization
The market for the digitization of buildings continues to be structured positively, driven by the rise in the exploitation of spatial data, which can be exploited both in specialized business applications and for the implementation of large-scale BIM approaches.
This favourable context, combined with the adequacy between its services and market needs, supports the development of My Digital Buildings, which has a clear ambition: to become a key player in the production of spatial data on an international scale.
A close commitment to its customers
After rapid growth in France, marked by the development of a network of nine agencies in early 2025, the company aims to extend this model internationally. Its objective: to reinforce its promise to its customers and partners by staying ” the single point of contact for the digitization of their buildings, everywhere ”.
This first strategic location will allow My Digital Buildings to continue building its European presence, to support new Iberian customers, but also to better meet the needs of its current customers operating in Spain.
A new adventure full of opportunities
The opening of a subsidiary in Spain marks a first step in the internationalization of My Digital Buildings, which aims to continue its expansion in other countries based on the model that made it successful in France.
