Our mission

“Enabling building actors to better build, operate by relying on reliable and accessible spatial data.”

Who are we?

My Digital Buildings is a surveying and engineering firm, founded in 2019 by Emeric Mourot and Nicolas Gerchenzon.

The development of MDB is based on two key observations:

Building spatial data is often lacking, not very centralized, and not up to date.
This spatial data represents considerable value and potential for building actors.
In this context, My Digital Buildings is positioned as a single point of contact, allowing building actors to create and centralize the spatial data of their projects, in order to accelerate their exploitation.

Our core values

Creating together
“We believe that it is by working together, we can achieve common goals that innovation finds its full potential. That is why we are committed to understanding the needs and aspirations of each individual, collaborator, partner or customer, in order to promote their participation in collective success.”
Trust
“We share the idea that transparency and respect are the foundations of successful relationships based on trust. It is through these qualities that we cultivate solid and lasting relationships both internally and with our partners and customers.”
Audacity
“We aspire to become a leading player in the creation and exploitation of the digital twin of buildings. By adopting an ambitious and innovative approach, we want to redefine the standards of this market and open up new possibilities for building players.”

A multidisciplinary approach, at the core of our DNA

My Digital Buildings combines a strong dual expertise in the survey and processing of 3D data with professional skills in the building sector (BIM Management, industrial engineering, building engineering and architecture).

We are convinced that this multidisciplinarity is crucial to redefine the standards of our market, and to provide an innovative offer that finely meets the challenges of our customers and partners. ‍
