With more than 300 customers from the industrial, retail, commercial real estate or construction sectors, My Digital Buildings allows building actors to better build, operate and renovate by relying on reliable and accessible spatial data, collected by 3D scanners and drones.

You will be required to:

• Ensure the planning of acquisition operations and the allocation of resources (human and material) in accordance with standards, deadlines and costs
• Prepare 3D scanning and data capture operations
• Coordinate or directly carry out 3D data collection operations in the field using 3D scanners, static or dynamic, according to standards and protocols; provide assistance to teams (in the field and within our walls) if necessary; manage external actors
• Process and verify the 3D data collected to ensure their consistency and accuracy; write progress and end of intervention reports
• Establish an operational and organizational balance sheet for each operation to feed our continuous improvement system

• Mastery of technologies related to field data collection and their safe implementation: static (Leica RTC 360 type) or dynamic (NavVis VLX type) 3D scanners, drones and other specialized equipment
• Mastery of 3D modeling and point cloud processing software: Register 360 software (single-technology or multi-technology) or 3DR software
• Knowledge of data processing software
• Good knowledge of the standards and regulations in force
• Knowledge of safety standards related to 3D survey operations in exposed and constrained environments
• Bilingual Spanish; Good level of business English (B2) (oral and written) is essential. Proficiency in other foreign languages would be an asset

Remuneration: between 25k-35k depending on profile
