With more than 300 customers from the industrial, retail, commercial real estate or construction sectors, My Digital Buildings allows building actors to better build, operate and renovate by relying on reliable and accessible spatial data, collected by 3D scanners and drones.

Missions

As a Tender Manager, in collaboration with the Sales Director and the Operational Director, your mission will consist of:

  • Monitor public and private procurement tenders and pre-qualify opportunities for My Digital Buildings and present them to the internal committee
  • Identify relevant partners and set up groups for CAs that My Digital Buildings cannot respond to alone
  • Write technical and commercial offers in accordance with the requirements of the consultation files and the internal strategy of My Digital Buildings
  • Participate and facilitate technical clarification and negotiation meetings with customers or contracting authorities; Follow up on any changes in consultation files and adjust offers accordingly
  • Coordinate the transmission of project information to production teams (operators, modellers, experts, consultants)
  • Participate in the follow-up of submitted projects and the return of deliverables to customers
  • Maintain regular relationships with potential customers and public organizations; Participate in exhibitions and events in the ecosystem (fairs, workshops, etc.)

Exigences du poste

  • Technical or commercial training (Bac+3 to Bac+5) with at least 2 years of experience in complex B2B sales and the submission of tenders relating to public contracts in the building sector
  • With a spirit of synthesis and the editorial qualities required for the formulation of technical offers
  • Dynamic, resilient, curious and rigorous, with a taste for innovation and challenge
  • Excellent oral presentation and experience with C-level or technical speakers
  • Ability to adapt to a demanding technical environment
  • Proficiency in English is a plus

Remuneration according to profile between 45k-55k € + exceptional bonuses
