87 digitized Adecco agencies for Accessibility work

Context and needs

Adecco, the global leader in human resources, is implementing a major program to make its offices accessible, ensuring compliance with standards and improving the reception of users. To achieve this, the company partnered with 4Mains, a specialist in office design and project management, tasked with both the conceptualization and execution of the project. The agencies involved, spread across three French departments, required a detailed analysis of their layouts and configurations. To meet these needs, 4Mains turned to My Digital Buildings for a 3D survey of the premises, providing precise, reliable, and up-to-date data to facilitate a smooth and efficient launch of the renovation work.

The challenges

The agencies, located across three departments in France, required a detailed study of their configurations. To address this, 4Mains enlisted My Digital Buildings. Our mission was to digitize the 87 agencies and deliver comprehensive, tailored plan files. These included level plans for restructuring, facade plans for exterior analysis, and sectional plans to provide a complete understanding of the interior configurations.

The enacted solution

01

An well coordinated survey

By mobilizing the agencies in our network to quickly speed up the surveys.

02

Standardized plans

Defined in collaboration with 4Mains, responding to the specificities of the project.

03

Virtual visits

To remotely access the building, take measurements, identify equipment.

04

A view of the equipment

Can be identified & located in the virtual visit (e.g.: electric meters).

“The collaboration with 4Mains is very representative of the benefits of our way of operating. On the one hand, we were able to apply our building expertise to frame a standard of 2D plans adapted to their projects. On the other hand, it was our ability to quickly pace survey campaigns that was key to meeting the tight deadlines of this project. Finally, in just 2 months, we surveyed the 87 Adecco agencies, then produced a complete plan file and a virtual visit for each of them.”

Benjamin MEHAMEDI

Chief Operating Officer

To relieve the Adecco agencies, we deployed our fleet of NavVis VLX mobile scanners, the use of which was decisive for the success of this multi-site project. Their speed of acquisition made it possible to meet tight deadlines while efficiently scheduling the surveys.

In addition to their performance, these scanners capture 360° panoramic images, ideal for documenting plan files and deploying immersive virtual tours of agencies, thus offering a complete and accurate view of spaces.

The results achieved

A “scan to plan” campaign conducted in record time!

Speed: in just 2 months, all the plan files were sent to 4Mains.

Plans adapted to the needs, including all the technical elements necessary to initiate the design of future accessibility work.

Standardization, both of survey protocols and deliverables, ensuring consistency and deliverables, ensuring coherence and homogenity.

Complementary deliverables, with 2D plan files ensuring a complete technical vision and virtual visits providing a phobia view torealist.
