My Digital Buildings, a company specialized in creating and using spatial building data (including 3D point clouds, 2D plans, BIM models, and virtual tours), is pleased to announce it has successfully raised €2 million in its first round of financing. This funding round includes the participation of Grenoble Angels, three business angel associations from the Auvergne Rhône-Alpes region, Paris Business Angels, BADGE, Rhône Dauphiné Development, Daylight Investment, along with Mr. Laurent FIARD and Mr. Guillaume ANELLI.
The seed funding consists of €1.2 million in equity, complemented by €800,000 in bank leverage provided by BPI France, CIC, and BP AURA.
With this first round of funding, My Digital Buildings aims to become the reference company in the creation, updating, and exploitation of buildings spatial data, in particular by:
- The internationalization of its activity, with the opening of a first subsidiary in Spain at the end of 2024.
- The development of a software platform to digitize its core business and the relationship with its customers.
