With more than 300 customers from the industrial, retail, commercial real estate or construction sectors, My Digital Buildings allows building actors to better build, operate and renovate by relying on reliable and accessible spatial data, collected by 3D scanners and drones.

The missions that will be given to him are the following:

• Ensure the management of resources, the planning and the coordination of the tasks necessary to carry out the Scan to BIM projects included in its portfolio,
• Supervise the digitization activities (scans) of buildings, guarantee the quality and accuracy of the data collected, supervise the process of converting scanned data into BIM models,
• Ensure that BIM models comply with current standards and regulations; Establish quality control procedures,
• Participate in legal and technological monitoring in the field of modeling; Contribute to the continuous improvement of the tools and methods used,
• Be a technical support for team members as well as end users; Get involved in the continuous training of teams,
• Guarantee customer satisfaction (understanding of needs, respect of deadlines, quality control).

• 5 years of experience at least in Scan to BIM project management; Leadership, teamwork, effective communication, solving complex problems and making strategic decisions independently,
• Advanced mastery of scanning technologies and BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, etc.
• Excellent competence in creating accurate BIM models from scanned data,
• Excellent understanding of the standards, protocols and regulations in force in the sector,
• Good level of oral and written business English (B2) is essential.
  Proficiency in other foreign languages would be an asset.

Frame status.

Remuneration: between 30k - 40k depending on profile.
